Christmas at the Opryland Hotel
December 16 -18, 2010
This classic holiday trip to the Country Music Capital of the World features a wonderful itinerary and a 2 night stay at the 22nd largest hotel in the world--The Gaylord Opryland Resort!

During its Country Christmas, The Opryland Hotel puts on quite a show, with about 2 million lights adorning both the indoors and outdoors.  Its world-famous conservatories are dressed with colorful garlands, poinsettias, Christmas trees and decorations.  And, its Gaslight Theater beckons visitors to take a chilly stroll through a frozen world at its Ice! exhibit, where 1.5 million pounds of ice is sculpted into a winter wonderland.

While at the hotel, we'll have plenty of time to leisurely explore the conservatories, the Ice! exhibit, Treasures of the Holidays (Opryland's crafts and gifts fair) and the Hall of Trees.

We'll also have plenty of time to visit Nashville's premier shopping destination--Opry Mills.  Though you can walk to Opry Mills, the Opryland Hotel offers a shuttle to the more than 1,000,000 square foot shoppers paradise, featuring more than 200 manufacturer outlets, numerous restaurants, and several entertainment venues.

During our stay at the Opryland Hotel, we will be entertained by two special holiday shows.  At the Louise Mandrell Christmas Dinner and Show, we'll enjoy one of the most popular Country Christmas attractions.  Louise will celebrate the season by performing some holiday favorites while we enjoy our meal at the dinner party.  And, at the Grand Ole Opry House we will attend The Radio City Rockette's Christmas Spectacular (considered by many to be the best Christmas Show of all time!)   The Rockettes will grace the stage of The Opry with colorful costumes, beautiful scenery and awe-inspiring precision dance routines such as the Parade of the Wooden Soldiers and The 12 Days of Christmas.
$469 per person (based on double occupancy)
Trip includes:  motorcoach transportation, 2 nights hotel accommodations at the Opryland Hotel, baggage handling, admission to Ice exhibit, admission to Craft Show and the Hall of Trees, admission to Rockettes Christmas Show, and admission to Louise Mandrell Holiday Dinner Show.
